We had amazing Kuroushi Sake Seminar & Tasting Sessions on the 25th July 7pm. The sake master from Nate brewery from Wakayama prefecture introduced us 4 kinds of Kuroushi sake and we enjoyed it together with 3-course meal of specially-curated dishes to bring you an evening filled with creative and fun! Thank you to everyone who shared this experience with us—we can’t wait to host you again!

It was absolutely a Saturday night of fun-filled festivity at Hideout Beatles Sessions. We had a special guest @TheOneAfter909, a killer Beatles tribute band from Nagoya, Japan, was invited to perform at the world-famous Cavern Club - the birthplace of the Beatles - in Liverpool! @Labjaxx, @MastaT & @Persatellite took over decks to support the band by feeding both the senses and the souls at the night!

We had an exciting Hakkaisan sake paring dinner buffet on the 7th February, Wednesday with Philippine Wine Merchants, an exclusive distributor of Hakkaisan sake.   Hakkaisan Sake Brewery is a maker of premium sake imported from Nigata, Japan. Their sake has a superbly clean mouth texture and a whisper finish and should be tasted at least once in every sake drinker’s lifetime. We enjoyed best quality sake and laugh so much!
